MizTechnologies is pleased to outline the terms and conditions applicable to the services we provide to you.

1. MizTechnologies’ Role

1.1. The Services: MizTechnologies will deliver the services specified in the Services section. If the scope of work changes during the assignment, we will discuss these changes with you as soon as possible to agree on any necessary adjustments to the scope of services and the Quote/Production Estimate.

1.2. Information: To ensure the effectiveness of our services, it is crucial that we work together as a team. MizTechnologies will rely on you (or your advisers) to provide accurate and complete information promptly. We will assume all information provided is correct unless otherwise informed.

1.3. Incidentals: Costs for couriers or printed proofs from external printers, if required, will be billed to the client.

1.4. Force Majeure: MizTechnologies will not be liable for delays or failures to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Payment Terms: Payments should be made via bank transfer to MizTechnologies’ nominated bank account. We retain ownership of all work until full payment is received.

2.2. Other Specialist Services: For additional services (such as photography or videography), MizTechnologies will provide a customized quote. Costs for these services will be passed on to third parties and quoted accordingly.

3. Content

3.1. Content and Images: You are responsible for supplying us with the necessary information about your business and marketing objectives. MizTechnologies is not responsible for errors in content provided by you. Any additional changes may incur charges at standard rates. All content should be provided in a suitable digital format unless agreed otherwise in advance.

4. Confidentiality

4.1. Confidentiality: MizTechnologies will maintain the confidentiality of your documents and affairs, except as required by law or with your consent. We may disclose your information to:

(i) Other service providers you inform us are involved in the assignment; (ii) MizTechnologies’ affiliates or related parties; (iii) Any other service provider to whom we properly delegate aspects of the assignment to provide a comprehensive range of services.

5. Liability

5.1. Liability: Our total liability in connection with this contract, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you. We are not liable for any loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential losses.

6. Variation

6.1. Variation: These Terms and Conditions (and/or the terms of any related agreement) may be modified or replaced by written agreement between us. Such variations will not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
